Is it cheaper to book business class through an agent than directly?
For international premium cabins, usually yes. Airlines distribute negotiated and consolidator fares through agencies to fill business and first class seats without publicly discounting, and these contracts typically run 30-70% below the published fares you see online. For domestic economy, booking direct is often just as good, and we will say so.
How do I know the booking is real before I pay?
Before any payment you receive a live PNR reference. Enter it on the airline's own website and you will see your flights, cabin and name in the airline's system. This is the single most important check when buying from any travel agency, and we build our process around it.
What if my plans change after ticketing?
Every quoted option lists its change and cancellation rules before you buy, and many negotiated fares are more flexible than the cheapest published fares. Your advisor handles changes end to end, including involuntary disruptions like cancellations and schedule changes.
