Negotiated figures are indicative round-trip lead-in fares drawn from recent quotes and bookings across our fare desk, anonymized and rounded. Published figures are the typical lower band of publicly filed business fares for the same corridor over the same period. Both move with the market; the edition month above states when this page was last built.

Where do the fares in this index come from?
They are indicative round-trip lead-in fares drawn from recent negotiated quotes and bookings across our fare desk, anonymized and rounded, shown beside the typical published fare for the same corridor. They are refreshed as our contract fares move and the page states its edition month.
Can I book at the negotiated fare shown?
The figures are lead-in levels, not live quotes: exact pricing depends on your dates, cabin availability and airline. Request a quote and a dedicated advisor confirms live fares for your specific trip, usually within about 12 minutes during desk hours.
Why are negotiated fares so much lower than published fares?
Airlines sign private contracts with accredited agencies to fill premium cabins without publicly discounting their brand. Those unpublished contract fares typically run 30-60% below the published levels shown by search engines, on the same flights and seats.
