Emirates vs Etihad Business Class
The UAE's two giants sit an hour apart and fight for the same premium traffic. Emirates sells scale and spectacle: the A380, the onboard bar, chauffeur service and Dubai's showcase lounges. Etihad sells a quietly excellent Business Studio and, on its A350s and 787s, a more modern seat, usually for meaningfully less money.

Choose Emirates for the A380 experience, the bar, included chauffeur-drive and Dubai itself. Choose Etihad when price matters: its negotiated fares regularly come in 15-30% below Emirates for a comparable or newer cabin, and Abu Dhabi's Zayed International is about an hour from Dubai by car.
