Choose ANA when your routing has The Room (777-300ER on New York, London, Frankfurt and select US West Coast flights); it is the most spacious business cabin in the sky. Choose JAL when its A350-1000 serves your route or when its negotiated fare comes in lower, and for the consistently stronger Japanese meal service. On non-flagship aircraft, both fall back to older herringbone products, so confirm the equipment before ticketing; your advisor checks this on every quote.
